People have started calling our seafood nachos famous. That wasn't us. One customer put it on Facebook: "Y'all hit my girl Cathy Batey for the famous seafood nachos." We'll take it.
So what makes them different? Start with the chips. Chef Jones builds them on pita chips, not tortilla chips. One customer told us the chips were perfect, crunchy and not soggy at all, which is a must for nachos. They gave the whole plate a 20 out of 10.
Then there's Tricia Reddick. When she heard everything was seafood, her first thought was "I'll pass." Then: "SIKE!" Chef Jones made her pasta veggie style instead, and she said she'd never seen that many toppings in a pasta. Her verdict was simple. He's got the flavor. She also made sure to tell us she wrote that review with no ChatGPT help. We believe her.
And if you're coming for the nachos, grab a mac n cheese cup too. Don't tell grandma, but people say ours taste better.
Catch us at the next pop-up. We post where we'll be on Instagram, @seafood_ehthang.
